Dr. Stahl is co-founder and President of Consultants for Innovative Instruction, East. Until March 2002, he was Senior Instructional Technologist for Norwich University (Vermont) supporting Web-based learning in distance and blended distance/face-to-face environments.Also in March 2002, Dr Stahl completed a contract as Project Manager and Instructional Designer for Web-based training for IBM under contract with UVM as part of CI². Prior, Dr. Stahl founded and implemented a statewide interactive television-based early childhood special education training program for community-based providers, now in its seventh year of operation. He received his doctorate is in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University.

 

Lin Nelson draws on over three decades as an educator and consultant. Her current focus is on the design, implementation, and evaluation of both corporate training and higher education curricula delivered via digital technologies. Emphasis is on the creation of learning communities that employ new ways to think, learn, and work. Prior, Dr. Nelson developed a community college distance learning program utilizing both broadcast and cable television for content delivery and a mix of media for interaction and collaborative, project-based assessment. She received her doctorate is in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University.
