CI2 training provides:
- In-depth analysis
and exploration
- Practice implementing
instruction using current adult learning theory, reflecting the works
of Paolo Freire, David Kolb, Kurt Lewin, Malcome Knowles, Jane Vella,
and others
- Opportunities
to explore context relevant specific dilemmas and challenges faced by
participants in their work setting
- A dedicated design
that affords practice applying new skills and knowledge to develop fresh
attitudes, and feedback to assure incorporation of newly learned knowledge
- Availability
in face-to-face, web-based, interactive television (video conferencing)
and blended environments in the learning management system used at your
institution
Every training is custom designed (either adapted from
existing modules, or newly developed) to meet the specific needs of participants
based on needs/resource assessments.
