The CI² sequential training provides building blocks for faculty and teachers, not simply a collection of isolated skills. It increases participant self-confidence and competence in teaching in nontraditional environments and often results in improved face-to-face instruction as well.

Our approach replaces the reliance on traditional lecture methods. Instead, we emphasize high quality participatory learning experiences that result in an increased knowledge base, stronger technical skills, and most importantly, changes in attitude and behavior; a willingness and desire to infuse instructional technology into the curriculum.
