Third Party Evaluator, @One Project
Evaluation of implementation of California, state-wide faculty and staff
development program for community college system. Evaluation included
use of face-to-face, distance-based and blended instruction, as well as
overall grant activities review.
Technology Strategic Planning Facilitation
Facilitation of the development of a three-year information technology
strategic plan for Evergreen Community College (student population 30,000)
in San Jose CA.
Instructional Design and Consulting
Consultation and design of courses to prepare lawyers for the unique aspects
of legal aid representation.
Introduction to VLSI
Developed for IBM under contract with University of Vermont. CI2 was responsible
for project management and instructional design of this five course Web-based
sequence designed to provide IBM employees with a complete overview of
the large computer chip design process. International audience.
Continuing Education for Teachers
Designed and delivered an online prototype for teacher recertification
courses. University of Nevada, Reno.
Incident Response Handling
Developed for the Army National Guard under contract with Norwich University.
Instructional design and consulting services provided for this Web-based
course on protecting computer networks and resources from intrusion.
Strategic Thinking, and Strategic Planning
Developed for the Baldrich Group under contract with Norwich University.
Project management, instructional design, and consulting were provided
for two Web-based courses.
Designing and Delivering a Course Online
Course developed for Norwich University, and Vermont College.Instructional
design and delivery of course in three separate delivery models, face-to-face,
Web-based, and blended.
Designing and Delivering Online Courses
Course developed for Vermont Institute of Science, Math and Technology
(VSMIT).
A blended face-to-face and Web-based course to train teams consisting
of a subject matter expert and an elementary school teacher how to develop
a course to teach elementary school math and science teachers how to integrate
Web-based technology into their classrooms.
Experiential Teaching Approaches to Promote Inclusionary Early Childhood
Environments
Training for Trainers. Tuscarora Intermediate Unit (PA) in collaboration
with eight regional educational agencies received this face-to-face training
in preparation for the development of video-conferencing linked instruction.
Course Evaluation and Curriculum Redesign
Evaluated existing computer application courses within the Department
of Teacher Education. Conducted a needs analysis and redesigned to curriculum
to accommodate a non-traditional, accelerated schedule for teacher certification.

Data Management
Instructional design services provided to Art Institute Online, under
contract with Embanet, to redesign a traditional course within the Digital
Media curriculum for online delivery.
Strategic Planning
Articulated a plan for the establishment of a District-wide multimedia
development and production center serving four autonomous campuses. The
center supports both the technology infusion into instructional courses
and the delivery of instruction using a broad spectrum of distance education
media. Peralta Community College District.
Broadcast Television
Designed a prototype of Internet-based activities to supplement the television
series Passport to Adventure.
